PURPOSE:To prevent a logical channel from being caused by memberships by providing a storage means storing information relating to other terminal equipment to at least one terminal equipment and allowing a host to inform it to the 2nd terminal equipment when it is informed to desire to form a logical channel between a 1st terminal equipment and 2nd terminal equipment to the host. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st terminal equipment 2 makes a phone call to the host 1 at first and the host 1 hooks on in response thereto, a logical channel is formed between the host 1 and the 1st terminal equipment 2 and communication by the conventional telephone system is attained between the host 1 and the 1st terminal equipment 2. Then the host 1 receives the forming request of the communication line of the 1st terminal equipment 2, retrieves the external storage device 12, selects out the 2nd terminal equipment 3 along with the request from a terminal of plural memberships and makes a phone call to the 2nd terminal equipment 3 according to the telephone number of the 2nd terminal equipment 3. When the 2nd terminal equipment 3 replies it and hooks on, that is, returns a reply to the notice from the host 1, the logical channel is formed between the host 1 and the 2nd terminal equipment 3.
