PURPOSE:To obtain a firm junction state and a high junction durability by providing first and second thermoplastic resins, which are relatively easily adhered to respective materials of the elastic body-side surface and the supporting part-side surface of a junction part, on these surfaces and forming a thermally deformed part of a leaked first thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin itself is constituted in two layers, and a resin 12 on the side of an elastic body 2 has a material structure equal to or similar to that of liquid rubber materials and is the thermoplastic resin relatively easily adhered to the elastic body, and a resin 11 on the side of a supporting part 3 is materials relatively easily adhered to the supporting part 3, and thus, the function is divided. Consequently, the elastic body 2 is not peeled though it is pulled from the supporting part 3, and a very firm adhesion is attained. Further, the resin 12 is put on the resin 11 in a part which is projected from the elastic body 2 and is extended to the center of the supporting part, and the resin 12 in this part is thermally deformed. Thus, the resin layer 12 penetrates the boundary edge between the elastic body 2 and the resin layer 12 without gaps and the strength of the whole of a device is improved.
