PURPOSE:To secure the safe and smooth running of a vehicle, by informing the speed or acceleration of the vehicle based upon the detected speed or acceleration value of the vehicle body light, sound, a radio wave or a combination thereof. CONSTITUTION:A speed detection part 1 or an acceleration detection part 2 is mounted on a vehicle to detect the speed or acceleration of the vehicle. The detected value is sent to a signal processing part 3 and a signal changed in an oscillation cycle, amplitude or frequency is oscillated based on said value. The signal from the signal processing part 3 is sent to an informing part 5 through a drive part 4 to perform the drive control of the informing part 5 while the speed or acceleration of the vehicle is informed from the alarm part by light, sound, a radio wave or a combination thereof. By this method, the movement of the vehicle is easily confirmed from the outside and, as a result, this apparatus also contributes to safe driving and, in an unmanned feed vehicle, the movement of the vehicle and that of an obstruction are mutually confirmed to make self-control possible and collision danger can be also detected easily and automatically.
