PURPOSE:To obtain the title film excellent in uniformity of magnetization, pilability and processability, by molding an electroconductive polyaniline resin into a film by a specified method and stretching this film. CONSTITUTION:A monomer (A) for a polyaniline resin based on a polyaniline (derivative) is electrolytically polymerized in an electrolytic solution (B) containing 0.001-3mol./l (at least 0.1mol. equivalent per mol. equivalent of component A) of an electrolyte and 0.1-40mol./l of water at -50 deg.C or above under conditions of an electrolytic voltage >=0.5V (vs. SCE) and an electrolytic current of 0.001-5mA/cm<2> to obtain an electroconductive polyaniline resin which becomes electroconductive when doped. This resin is integrally molded without any binder into a 1-1,000mum-thick film by a wet casting process, and this film is stretched at a temperature of 0-300 deg.C, a stretch speed of 0.5-1,000%/sec and a stretch ratio of 50-300%, and optionally heat-set at 80-300 deg.C for 1min-1hr. |
