PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful finished state by making the title door trim look more attractive, by a method wherein an ornament is arranged between a base material and skin material, a molded material is formed by performing pressurization treatment, high-frequency weld processing is performed along the external circumferential of the ornament, the skin material is removed through cutting and then the ornament is exposed. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 and skin material 2 softened through heating a prepared, and an ornament 3 formed into a predetermined form by superposing a hot-melt film 3b on the backside of a fabric 3a for the ornament 3 is prepared. The base material 1, hot-melt film 3b, fabric 3a and skin material 2 are superposed on a predetermined position of a frame 5a in this order from the lower part, a frames 5b, 5c are fitted into the frame 5a through the upper end side parts respectively, and a molded material 4 is formed by pressurizing the same. High frequency is applied to the ornament 3 of the molded material 4 along the external circumferential part of the ornament 3 of the molded material 4 by a high-frequency welder 13 from a skin material side 2, the skin material 2 and ornament 3 are welded together, and a weld part 4a is formed. The skin material 2 is cut off and removed by a cutter 14 along the inside of a weld part 4a, the fabric 3a of the ornament 3 is exposed and then a door trim 7 is manufactured. |
