摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength of boundary surfaces of the shaft in the caption by orienting continuous fibers successively at several angles to an axial direction from the inside of an intermediate pipe, and improving the twisting resistance and the inherent oscillation frequency. CONSTITUTION:Continuous fibers 9 are laminated on the inmost layer 10 as an inner layer 11 while oriented 0 deg. to an axial direction. Then, the continuous fibers 9 are laminated as an intermediate layer 12 at an orientation angle of 45 deg.. Further, the continuous fibers 9 are laminated as an outer layer 13 on the intermediate layer 12 at an orientation angle of 0 deg.. Furthermore, the continuous fibers 9 are laminated as the outmost layer 14 through winding them at an orientation angle of 30-45 deg.. Next, the resin of each layer is thermohardened. The combination of orientation angles of 0 deg. and 45 deg. enhance therefore bending and twisting rigidity and the inherent oscillation frequency, so that the adhesive strength of boundary surfaces is improved.
