Domestic flour mill

The domestic flour mill has a grinding mechanism with disc-shaped grinding mechanism bodies (7, 8) which are arranged coaxially with one another and one of which is fixed and the other of which be driven by a motor so as to rotate. The upright grinding mechanism body (7) has a central, essentially cylindrical, inlet aperture which has a number of inwardly projecting grinding teeth (22) and is penetrated by a feeding worm of the rotating grinding mechanism body (8). Both grinding mechanism bodies (7, 8) are provided on the mutually facing grinding surfaces with a different number of grooves (24, 28) which spiral at a depth which decreases from the inside outwards but which are of the same breadth in each case, in each case terminate within the circumference and the grinding edges of which intersect in a scissor-like manner, with an angle of intersection which is reduced from the inside outwards. At the outer end sections of the grooves (24, 28) there are arranged in each case a plurality of outlet grooves which diverge at right angles from the former grooves (24, 28). <IMAGE>
