In the case of a triangular V-belt drive having a V-belt (1) which is tensioned by a tensioning pulley (13), the V-belt passage area changes in the course of time because of the change in position of the tensioning roller (13). As a result, the V-belt passage area is no longer perfectly sealed. A sealing of an air duct in the V-belt passage area, particularly in an internal combustion engine, is to be specified, ensuring a complete sealing of the V-belt passage area when the V-belt (1) is fitted in any position. The openings (5, 6) for the V-belt (1) each lie in a sealing element (7a, b), and at least the first sealing component (7a), which is associated with the loose side (4) of the belt, is arranged so as to be displaceable. <IMAGE>
