Dynamometers of this kind are generally subjected to the forces to be measured, which forces are to be intercepted by attachment means which are as inelastic as possible and therefore predominantly metallic. Because of restricted constructional space, e.g. in a housing, during installation there is the risk of undesired contacts being made between electrical contacts of the dynamometer and electrically conductive attachment elements. The new attachment device (9, 10, 14) contains a preform (14) made of electrically non-conductive material which is constructed in such a way that the electrical contacts (5, 12) are protected against contact with electrically conductive components. By virtue of the shape of the preform (14), the dynamometer (2) and electrical components (6) attached thereto can be combined with the attachment device (9, 10, 14) to form a premountable assembly. The attachment device (9, 10, 14) is suitable for installing electrical assemblies with automatic mounting devices avoiding undesired contacts being made. <IMAGE>
