PURPOSE:To realize a sure operation by transmitting voice source recorded with digital signal as a control signal, as a voice and comparing it with voice source recorded as the digital signal which is converted to the digital by a controlled side. CONSTITUTION:The voice source recorded with the digital signal as the control signal is transmitted as the voice and compared with the voice source which is conversely converted to the digital and recorded with the digital signal. Then when they coincident with each other, the suitable operation for the control signal is executed. That means, in a controller 1, a fixed digital signal is transmitted to a D/A converter 5 by a digital sound source 4 and converted to a fixed voice and transmitted to a signal line 3 when a switch 8 is operated. In a controller 2, the voice or the signal transmitted by the signal line 3 is converted to the digital and transmitted to a comparator 12 by an A/D converter 10. Then this digital sound or the digital signal is compared with the digital sound source 11. When they coincide with each other, the control operation is executed and a speaker 14 is disconnected with the signal line 3 at a joint 13.
