PURPOSE:To remove vacancy in a bonding layer and to increase bonding strength, by pouring glass with a low m.p. into the cavity part of a spacer formed with the glass with a comparatively high m.p., and welding the glass again as applying pressure perpendicularly on a bonding plane. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite cores 3 and 5 are bonded with the glass with the high m.p., and the recording and reproduction of a signal is performed at the cavity part 4. By applying vapor-deposition of the glass 2 with the high m.p. as the spacer on the one side plane of a ceramics 1, a cavity is formed, and a glass bar with the low m.p. is inserted to a groove 7, and the glass 8 with the low m.p. is poured into a joined cavity part 8 with a ferrite 5. A block is cut at a position 9 other than the groove 7 on a lower side, and the glass is welded again as pressurizing the back planes of members 1 and 3 at the position near to the medium sliding plane of a magnetic head, and pressurization is performed so as to remove almost the bonding thickness of the cavity part. In such a way, it is possible to remove the vacancy in a glass bonding layer and to increase the bonding strength.
