In a film combination for packaging or wrapping articles, in particular for partially wrapping a highly absorbent pad of cellulose material for nappies, sanitary towels or similar absorbent elements, the side directed towards the absorbent element consists of a waterproof inner film (14). Furthermore, there is a water-permeable outer film (16). Between the inner film (14) and the outer film (16) there is a reactant (15) which reacts under the influence of water and destroys the inner film (14) and the outer film (16) or initiates their destruction. The outer film (16) is advantageously provided with numerous openings (17) which are filled with a material (18) which is soluble in water and, after washing, results in the water-permeability of the outer film (16). <IMAGE> |
