摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To ensure the stable working of an electronic equipment by setting selectively two working speeds which are different according to a fact whether the voltage of a power supply part is higher than a fixed level or not. CONSTITUTION:A compact computer 1 consists of a central control part 2, a power supply circuit 3, a display part 4 including a liquid crystal display element, a keyboard 5, etc. The part 4 and the keyboard 5 are connected to a system bus 1 via a display buffer 6 and an input/output circuit 7. At the same time, a fixed memory 8 containing a ROM and an occasional memory 9 containing a RAM are also connected to the bus 1. Then, a level detecting part 11 is energized by the circuit 3 and connected to the part 2 via an interruption line 4. The processing part of the part 11 detects the output levels every fixed time and outputs an interruption signal to inform the part 2 that the output level is lower than a prescribed level. Thus, it is possible to slow down the working speed of the part 2 when the output level of the circuit 3 is lowered. Then, an electronic equipment can work stably for a long period of time.</p>
