PURPOSE:To perform cryogenic liquefied gas filling in a positive manner, by decreasing the opening of a flow control valve by degrees on the basis of the preset program by a filling end means. CONSTITUTION:An integrating means 27, calculating the actual filling quantity of cryogenic liquefied gas in a conveying vessel 2, is installed there. Also there is provided with a filling quantity judging means 30 which judges whether integration out of this integrating means 27 is reached to the setting integrating value by an input device 16 or not. In addition, there is provided with a filling end means 31 which decreases each opening of flow control valves 6 and 8 by degrees, stops a cryogenic liquefied gas supply to the conveying vessel 2, and operates a filling end annunciator 18. With this constitution, filling of the cryogenic liquefied gas to the conveying vessel is positively performable without requiring manual operation and monitoring. |
