PURPOSE:To obtain a film superior in both tensile strength and tear strength, by a method wherein coextrusion molding of a thermal liquid crystal polymer and polyester resin is performed while turning a movable die lip and core in the opposite direction to each other, or only either one of them at a specific number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A thermal liquid crystal polymer and polyester resin are supplied to an annular slit 1 through a resin supply hole by passing through resin flow paths 4, 5 respectively under a state where they adjoin to each other, in an inflation molding device. To manufacture a film superior in both tensile strength and tear strength, manufacturing is performed by controlling numbers of revolutions of a movable die lip 2 and core 3 (in the case where the movable die lip 2 and core 3 are turned at a time in the opposite direction to each other, the total of the numbers of revolutions of both of them, or in the case where only either of them is turned, the number of revolutions of the same) so as to fall within a range of a value of a rotary index S shown by formula or higher, and at most 10 times of the value S, which is preferably 1.2-10 times of the value S and preferably further 3-10 times of the value S. |
