PURPOSE:To obtain a puff material of a stable quality, which does not absorb a cosmetic material even if the same is of low viscosity, allows to reduce drastically wasteful consumption of the cosmetic material and remove easily the cosmetic material by a method wherein a latex foam is used as a core material and the same is wrapped with an outer skin material of an embossed latex film. CONSTITUTION:An embossed plate 1 is covered with latex, an embossed latex film 11 is formed, and the embossed plates 1, 1 are arranged on a bottom plate 7 so that they confront with each other and rise perpendicularly by running parallel with each other. Foamed latex is cast between the embossed latex films 11, 11 of a frame mold 5, and a latex foam 10 is formed. Relation treatment and vulcanization treatment are performed to the latex film 11 and latex foam 10 formed in the frame mold, and the latex film 11 and latex foam 10 are unified. With this construction, the latex foam 10 is used as a core material, and the same is wrapped with an outer skin material of the embossed latex film 11. |
