CONSTITUTION:The FETQ3 is turned ON by a column selection signal supplied to a column selection signal input line Ci. At this time, it is possible to turn ON the FETs Q4 and Q5 by the control signal supplied to a control signal input line in a state where the FETs Q6 and Q7 are turned OFF by the control signal supplied to the control signal input line. Therefore, it is possible to input column information having complementarity from a memory cell to the gates of the FETs Q1 and Q2, respectively via column information input lines Bi and Bi'. Also, it is possible to output a signal amplified at the column amplification circuit Ai via output lines Ei and Ei'. When the Q3 of the circuit Ai is not turned ON by the column selection signal (when the Ai is not operated), it is possible to turn ON the Q6 and the Q7 by the control signal in the state where the Q4 and the Q5 are turned OFF.
