PURPOSE:To remarkably facilitates the assembling of a device and the adjustment of an optical axis, by bonding two pairs of flat spring blocks formed with a flat spring and a supporting member in advance on both planes of a lens holder and a movable carriage respectively. CONSTITUTION:Light beams are condensed on a disk 12 fixed on the holder 13 by a lens 11, and the flat spring blocks 15 are provided on an upper and a lower planes intersecting orthogonally to the optical axis (a-a). The both ends of the flat springs 16a and 16b are bonded on the supporting members 17a and 17b, and the both ends of springs 16c and 16d on another supporting members 17, respectively, then, two flat springs 15 are formed by appearance. The flat springs 15 are bonded on the holder 13 and the movable carriage 14, and the optical axis (a-a) of the lens is adjusted for the optical axis (b-b) of the light beams supplied from an optical board 18 to the lens 11 with the flat spring 15, but, it is possible to assemble and adjust the device easily without generating wrinkles by bending the flat springs 16a-16d.
