COMPOSITE OF METAL AND RESIN AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in sealability between the contacting surfaces of a metal member and a resin structure due to their relative displacement by interposing a sealing film having a predetermined flexibility between the contacting surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A bracket unit has a brush holder 20 as a resin structure integrally formed with an approximate disc shape of nylon resin. The holder 20 is integrally formed with a bracket 21 as a metal member. A resin or rubber having high affinity to the metal and the resin is formed between the contacting surfaces of the holder 20 with the bracket 21, and a sealing film 76 having flexibility is interposed therebetween.
