PURPOSE:To offer the inexpensive and lightweight heat exchanger having the tube in the necessary size by making the brazing filler metal coating extrusion stock coating a brazing filler metal layer on its surface as a tube stock and integrating with brazing this tube stock, a fin and other parts by their heating by temporarily assembling them in a specific arrangement state. CONSTITUTION:The tube stock 7 integrally forming a brazing filler metal by its coating on the external face by passing through in the molten metal of the brazing filler metal stored at the outside of the sizing hole of an extruding die is used just after extruding to a perforated pipe the perforated flat extrusion stock 6 made of an aluminum as the component material of a tube 1. After bending this tube stock 7 in meandering shape a corrugated fin 2 is arranged between the parallel parts thereof and two unions 4 are arranged at the gateway of the tube stock 7. Thereafter, the brazing filler metal layer of the tube stock 7 is melted by heating to integrate the tube 1, fin 2 and union 4 by joining via a melted brazing filler metal 3. The brazing filler metal layer 5 is preferably set in the range of 5-30mum by Al-Si.
