PURPOSE:To transfer an incoming call to other telephone set surely by adopting the constitution for the titled system such that plural telephone sets form a group and if a telephone set having a call is busy, other telephone sets in the group are called. CONSTITUTION:The group 1 consists of telephone sets 10-12. A memory 4 for storing the contents of group arrangement is connected to a processor 3. The content of the arrangement of the group 1 is stored in the memory 4 as the group arrangement including the order of incoming transfer. It is supposed that the telephone set 10 is busy, then the processor 3 recognizes the busy state of the telephone set 10 when a call comes to the telephone set 10. Thus, the processor 3 refers to the memory 4. As the result of the reference, when it is detected that the telephone 10 forms a group with the telephone sets 11, 12, when a subscriber telephone set of the next order is idle, it is connected to an incoming trunk 6 according to the incoming transfer sequence in the group arrangement.
