PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product suitable for automobiles, furniture, bedclothes, etc., improving problems such as scorch, foaming stability, etc., by using a specific polyether polyol as a polyol. CONSTITUTION:First propylene oxide is added to an initiator obtained by blending methyl glycoside with glycerin in a molar ratio of 80/20-30/70 to give a polyether polyol having 40-70 hydroxyl number. Then the polyether polyol is used as a polyol and reacted with a polyisocyanate, a blowing agent, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer usually by one shot method to give the aimed product.
