PURPOSE:To obtain the stable images for a specific position in the sea for a long time by connecting a TV base suspension-installed on the sea bottom and a hull through a complex cable. CONSTITUTION:A TV base 14 is installed at a specific position on the sea bottom 12 where a sunk vessel is present. The TV base 14 has a weight, and a submersible TV camera 16 which can be oscillated in the vertical and transverse directions and a submersible lighting fittings 17 are arranged on the top part. In the vicinity of the TV base 14, a sinker 19 is installed, and connected with a floating buoy 20 through a mooring cable 21. A complex cable 18 extended from the TV base 14 is engaged with the cable 21 of the sinker 19 and connected with a vessel 24. The image picked up by the TV camera 16 is displayed on a receiving machine on the vessel through the complex cable 18.
