PURPOSE:To easily and quickly fasten a sleeve by providing a lower die, the upper die fitted to a large cylinder shaft at the inner part of a hydraulic cylinder, a small cylinder shaft and piston horizontally at the inner part of the large cylinder shaft and moving this piston by the handle of the external part. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve (a) is placed on a lower die 6 by opening the space between the upper and lower dies by pushing down a handle 25 downward to work the handle 25 upward. A piston 23 is pulled down accordingly. Now a piston hole 17 is opened, an oil is flowed to an oil passage 19 against a check valve 20 from an oil tank 18, coming into a piston hole 17 and coming into the recessed groove 10' of a large cylinder shaft 10 through the oil pass hole 16 of a small cylinder shaft 15 against a check valve 30 from the opening part of the bottom face thereof. It also comes into the recessed part 9' of a cylinder main body 9 through an oil passage 19' against a check valve 20' from an oil tank 18. It flows also to the recessed part 9' of the large cylinder shaft 9 from oil pass pipe through a check valve 30 from the oil tank 18. Since the large cylinder shaft is thus pushed down by the inner part and external part hydraulic forces it is moved to the lower part and the sleeve (a) is compressed by an upper die 12.
