PURPOSE:To communicate a voice signal and a data signal simultaneously through one piece of analog subscriber's line by using the effective frequency band of a telephone communication network by frequency-dividing the band into a data signal and a voice signal. CONSTITUTION:The titled equipment 3 is connected to an analog subscriber's line 2 contained by a telephone exchange 1. A data terminal function part 5, a telephone which is a transmitter/receiver 7 for voice communication, and a data terminal function part 9 are connected to the analog subscriber's line 2 in parallel with each other respectively via a 300-500Hz-BPF 4, a 500-3000 Hz-BPF 6, and a 3000-3400Hz-BPF 8. Accordingly, between subscribers having the terminal equipment 3, a voice communication is available in three kinds of ways which are: between respective transmitter/receivers 7 in 500-3000Hz, between respective function parts 5 in 300-500Hz, and between respective function parts 9 in 3000-3400Hz.
