PURPOSE:To obtain a film, consisting of polychlorotrifluoroethylene, capable of only viewing information displayed by light emission when using to coat electroluminescence(EL) elements without showing the EL elements therethrough. CONSTITUTION:A moistureproof film, consisting of polychlorotrifluoroethylene and having >=90% haze degree and >=75% total light transmittance. The film is obtained by a method for passing a transparent film between a metallic roll having surfaces subjected to sandblasting treatment of No. 80-300 and a rubber roll, subjecting one surface thereof to blasting or matting treatment, etc.
