PITTING CORROSION RESISTANT BRAZING SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve pitting corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance by interposing the Al alloy medium layer contg. Zn in specific amt. and having specific thickness between a core stock and brazing stock as well as specifying the brazing stock composition. CONSTITUTION:The title sheet is composed of an Al alloy core stock 11 and the Al-Si alloy brazing stock 11 contg. 6-13wt.% Si. And yet, the Al alloy intermediate layer 12 contg. 5.1-10wt.% Zn and having the thickness equiv. to 2-10% of the plate thickness of a brazing sheet is provided between the core stock 13 and brazing stock 11 to make a pitting corrosion resistant brazing sheet.
