PURPOSE:To enable the ON/OFF operation of a main clutch and the wheel slip preventing operation by use of a single actuator by checking the rotation with play of wheels with power cut off in a transmission path. CONSTITUTION:A speed change gear 48 is monolithically formed with an engaging section 51 engaged with an engaging section 50, wherein the speed change gear 48 is so operated to the direction (a) only when the speed change gear 48 is placed at a neutral position N, so as to prevent the rotation of an output shaft 49 under the engagement between the engaging sections 50 and 51, thereby preventing the slip of right and left steering drive front wheels and right and left drive rear wheels.
