PURPOSE:To prevent leads from deforming and having a plating flaw by providing a mechanism which presses an electrode against the lead bent part of an IC to be measured from inside this lead at right angles. CONSTITUTION:The IC 4 has leads 3, 3... which project laterally and the lead 3 have their tips bent downward from middle parts while having horizontal parts 3a left on a base part side. The mechanism which presses the electrode against the lead bent part A of the IC 4 from inside the lead at right angles. This mechanism has an insulating base 2 and electrodes 1, 1... of pogo structure which are implanted vertically in two parallel arrays in the insulating base 2 corresponding to gaps between horizontal parts of leads 3 projected from both sides of the IC 4, and the electrode 1 is arranged facing up; and the leads 3 of the IC 4 facing the tips 1' of respective electrodes are positioned and the tips 1' of the electrodes 1 are pressed against inside the horizontal parts 3a of the leads 3 of the IC 4 and thus brought into electric contact.
