<p>The present invention relates to a device for holding a substantially round and flat round of cheese, such as a round of Emmental or of Comté. This device comprises two feet (7.1) held parallel, in a horizontal plane, by two cylindrical spacers about which rollers (3) can rotate freely, each foot (7.1) supporting a telescopic upright (4.1) extending vertically at an equal distance from the two spacers and equipped, at its upper end, with articulation means of a movable frame (5) consisting of two substantially coplanar arms, of suitable shape for gripping the round (1) to be cut, clamping and blocking means being provided to secure the round (1) to the frame (5), thus permitting the angular displacement of the round (1) resting and rolling on the rollers (3). <IMAGE></p> |
