PURPOSE:To prepare a health food, spice or seasoning from GYOJA garlic (Allium Victorialis var. platyphyllum) having fatigue-restoration and antithrombotic activities, etc., and preservable over a long period, by drying and roasting a GYOJA garlic. CONSTITUTION:A GYOJA garlic is dried preferably at 40-50 deg.C to a dryness of 65-70%, roasted (e.g. at 120 deg.C for 25 deg.C) preventing the discoloration of the raw material and preferably pulverized. |
