发明名称 DEVICE FOR ELIMINATING ROLL ECCENTRICITY IN ROLLING MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To positively eliminate roll eccentricity by separately detecting a roll gap correction signal on a roll and a drive sides and separately controlling the roll and the drive sides based on signals obtained by non-interactively modifying both the above separated signals. CONSTITUTION:Roll gap variations are detected separately on a work and a drive sides by a work side (WS) and a drive side (DS) load detectors 5, 6 and WS and DS roll eccentricity detectors 7, 8 and a gap correction signal is determined. A non-interactive arithmetic unit 9 modifies the gap correction signal so that a roll gap at a side does not interact to the correction signal at the other side. By use of the modified correction signal, roll gap controls on the roll and drive sides are performed independently and separately. As the result, the elimination of roll eccentricity is positively performed even in cases that roll gap variations differ from each other in the roll front and rear sides or phases to a rotation angle differ from each other.</p>
