PURPOSE:To improve the operability and reliability of a test by displaying the rated value and measured value of a specific test item of a packaged circuit board on a common video display device as characters or graphic in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A system controller 10 perform various kinds of arithmetic and control for testing the package circuit board 100 as to specific test items according to a program stored on a floppy disk drive 11. Various display data are supplied from the system controller 10 to a display signal generating circuit 12 and display signals of characters or graphics based upon the display data are supplied to a monitor image receiving tube 14 through an adder 13. Further, the system controller 10 supplies a remote control signal in specific format to an infrared-ray system remote control transmitter 17. When the test items and their rated values are displayed on the monitor image receiving tube 14 as characters the system controller decides whether or not respective measured values are less than the rated values and displays decision marks by colors nearby the display of the corresponding rated values.
