<p>An internal door handle assembly for operating a locking mechanism. The handle is assembled into a casing so that projections on either the handle or the casing fit into grooves in the other. A torsion spring biases the handle to its closed position. A lever arm of the handle is secured by a pin to a rod that operates the locking mechanism. Once assembled, the rotational angle of the handle is limited by abutting the casing.</p> |
