PURPOSE:To remove failures due to mispeeling, dirt on a transfer image and the cutting of a photosensitive film by providing the titled device with a transfer paper carrying roll for pressing and carrying only the wide part of a transfer member formed more widely than the width of the photosensitive member. CONSTITUTION:The image forming device is provided with the transfer member 2 for transferring an image formed on a photosensitive device 1. A guide roll 4 presses only both the end parts of the transfer member so as not to press the member 1. The member 1 is wound around a winding roll 5 through a guide roll 3. In this case, the member 2 is developed with pressure and stuck to the member 1, so that both the ends of the member 2 are pressed by the roll 4 when the member 1 is wound around the roll 5 through the guide roll 3 and force sending the member 2 to the front is applied to the member 2. Consequently, the transfer member 2 can be forcedly peeled off from the photosensitive film.
