PURPOSE:To ensure fuel safe function, by providing a gear, actuating a throttle valve by reduction of the number of revolutions of a motor, a gear, exerting a return force in a direction, in which the throttle valve is closed, during abnormal running, and a gear, hoisting a return spring. CONSTITUTION:A spur gear 8, coupled to a shaft 2 of a throttle valve 1, is engaged with a spur 9 coupled to a first movable shaft 11 secured to a needle 13 of a solenoid 20. A return spring 10 is connected to a first variable 11, a link 15 is connected to the spring through a fulcrum 12, and the other end of the link 15 is connected to a second variable shaft 16, which is secured to a motor 5-1. A spur gear 17 is secured to a shaft 18 of the motor 5-1, and the motor 5-1, the spur gear 17, and the spur gear 9 are respectively moved in linkage with rotation of the link 15. Further, a spur gear 19 with a built-in ratchet is mounted in a specified position. Meanwhile, the motor 5-1 and the solenoid 20 are respectively controlled by a controller 23.
