The composition comprises the following components: a - from 2.5 to 5% by weight approximately of polysiloxane; b - from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight approximately of a fatty alcohol; c - from 0.05 to 0.5% by weight approximately of squalane; d - from 1 to 4% by weight approximately of a quaternary ammonium salt; and e - from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight approximately of at least one quaternary ammonium salt or at least one quaternary pyridinium salt, containing one or two alkyl groups having 12 to 18 carbon atoms; dissolved or dispersed in a suitable solvent.
