PURPOSE:To obtain a sure logical function, by controlling the characteristic of a threshold value of a switching circuit consisting of four Josephson effect elements. CONSTITUTION:One closed loop line is constituted with 4 Josephson effect elements J1-J4, and a gate input terminal PG and a ground terminal PE are provided at two counter points of jumpers between the elements in this line. In a switching circuit provided with a control input at a point Pc of a point different from the two points, resistors R6 and R5 are respectively connected between the gate input and control input terminals and between the control input terminal and a ground terminal. Thus, the operating region of the logical product operation of two logical signals IA and IB can remarkably be extended. |
