PURPOSE:To apply an ultrasonic flaw detection part to various tube diameters by mounting an ultrasonic flaw detection probe on a guide part main body at positions which differ in a radial direction of a tube and providing a height adjusting device to this probe. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic flaw detecting device is equipped with the guide part main body 10, a chuck part 30, and a rotary ring part 40. Slide parts 31c and 31d of the chuck part 30 are slid as shown by an arrow 34, i.e. in a radial direction of the tube 20 by a screw part 33 coupled with fitting parts 10a and 10b. The guide part main body 10 is provided with a mounting means 70 which fits a probe holding part for holding the ultrasonic flaw detection probe detachably at positions different in the radial direction of the tube 20 according to the tube diameter. A driving part consists of a radial rough adjustment part consisting of a manual knob for adjusting the probe holding part roughly in the radial direction corresponding to the tube diameter along a support shaft. The height adjusting device 85 consists of a lever 52 supported by the probe, a roller 53, and a screw 54 for opening the lever. |
