PURPOSE:To maintain deodorizing effect constant even in the variation of odor and prevent odor from remaining and ozone odor from generation by providing a deodorizer between an ozone generating section and an intake vent. CONSTITUTION:A deodorizer 11 of honeycomb structure utilizing activated carbon or the like is provided between an ozone generating section 7 and an intake vent 5 in a case 4. High voltage is applied across a corona generating electrode 1 and counter electrodes 2, and corona is generated to generate ozone, discharging ozone by ionic air generated simultaneously with ozone and deodorized. Normally generated ozone volume and generated odor volume are equalized, but in case odor is increased temporarily, the ozone volume is short and odor is sucked from the intake vent 5 and removed by the deodorizer 11. After that, when the odor generating volume gets back normal, part of ozone from the ozone generating section 7 contacts the deodorizer 11 to reactivate the deodorizer 11. |
