<p>PURPOSE:To freely generate and use a bar code by the user of the CAPTAIN, by generating the bar code corresponding to a data inputted with a key pad by a bar code automatic generating system, and outputting it after displaying on a monitor and recording with a printer. CONSTITUTION:The bar code is generated by connecting the bar code automatic generating system 7 to a videotex such a as the CAPTAIN, etc., via a direct type or a CAPTAIN information center, and inputting the code number of a registered picture or a data representing a bit of character information with a prescribed format by using the key pad 14 provided at a user terminal. And it is displayed on a monitoring TV 11, and the hard copy of the bar code recorded and generated with the printer 15 can be obtained. In such a way, it is possible to easily utilize the hard copy of the bar code outputted with the printer 15 for the data input of a videotex by reading the bar code with a bar code reader 13.</p> |
