PURPOSE:To attain call connection when one of representative groups desired by a caller is idle by calling and connecting a caller terminal equipment using a terminal number of a representative number of the same group as a called terminal number with a terminal whose communication is finished when a terminal equipment of the terminal number subjected to group designation completes its communication in case of the representative designation called terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a callback request from a caller terminal equipment giving a call to a communication terminal equipment at the end of communication, when the called terminal equipment is a representative group, the group constitution information to each of a callback registration area 24 of a terminal number 21 constituting the same group and a sender number 26 to the callback registration area 24 of the terminal number of at least representative designation 23 are registered respectively. In obtaining communication end information of a terminal equipment, a terminal set of a sender number 26 to be registered is called and in indexing the information in the group constitution, an exchange eliminating the callback registration 24 is provided at each area of the terminal number 21 in the same group. Thus, a probelm in a conventional camp-on system that the callback processing cannot be attained till the terminal equipment of the representative number completes the talking is solved.
