PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, by moving vertically a cylinder gate so that the difference of rotation angle between an opening degree meter drum connected to the edge of a water intake of the cylinder gate and a drum for a float connected to a float is always constant. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a wire 8a led from an opening degree meter drum 8 is connected to a water intake edge 1a of a cylinder gate 1, and the lower end of a wire 14a led from a drum 14 for a float is connected to a float 2. The difference between the rotation angle of the drum 14 for a float and that of an opening degree meter drum 8 is detected by a detecting means such as a differential selsyn oscillator or the like, and a winch 6 is so operated that a value H is always constant, thereby holding always the height of water intake in the certain quantity H. |
