PURPOSE:To make the maintenance of humidifiers easy and improve their reliability by a method wherein a collecting nozzle which is necessary to maintain and has drainage throttles of respective humidifiers is installed near the humidifier inspection hole of an air conditioner and drain holes of a plurality of the humidifiers are collected at a place. CONSTITUTION:City water is supplied to humidifiers A consisting of hollow and porous members from a water supplier 9 through water supply tubes 8 and water supply holes 3. Hot air passing through a heat exchanger 7 by the operation of an air blower 12 is humidified and the humidified air is discharged from a discharge hole 15 of an air conditioner 6. On the other hand, the water of which impurity concentration becomes thicker by means of humidification is drained outside the conditioner 6 through drain holes 4, drain water tubes 4a in a rising gradient, a collecting nozzle 11, and the drain pipe 14a of a drain pan 14. This nozzle 11 has minute drain holes 11 to adjust the drainage at the minimum fixed one; when those holes are clogged, the holes are cleaned after the humidifier inspection hole is opened. Thus, the maintenace of drain holes of the humidifiers is readily carried out and the obstruction of drainage due to air stagnation does not occur to improve the reliability of the humidifiers. |
