PURPOSE:To dynamically facilitate the alteration of a standardized procedure and to enhance the improvement of the versatility and elasticity of the procedure by sequentially substituting a code parameter for a series of specified character string. CONSTITUTION:When a procedure access control sentence 11 appears, a procedure development process part 15 reads out the corresponding procedure 13 from a procedure library 12 according to the name of the procedure. And a repetitive generation control sentence in the procedure 13 is analyzed by a procedure analysis part 16 and the access of a code parameter substitution part 18 is executed by a repetitive development control part 17 to the repetitive generation control sentence only specified repeating times. Therefore one code parameter can be substituted for different character strings every repetition. Thus, the generality and the elasticity of the procedure can be improved.
