PURPOSE:To effectively handle slow speed request by sending a slow speed requesting message to a 1st system from a 2nd system in response to the duplicated request messages while a request for a request message is processed and stopping the retransmission of the request message carried out by the 1st system. CONSTITUTION:A service side computer system 20 discriminates that the request is retransmitted request and decides that this request is still under operation. Then a slow request mark is put to said request and at the same time a slow speed requesting message 112 is transmitted. A requester computer system 10 receives the message 112 and stops the transmission of a request message related to the relevant request. Then the system 10 receives an answer message 113 containing the slow speed requesting mark and transmits an acknowledge message 114 to acknowledge the reception of the message 113.
