发明名称 PRESSURE CONTROLLING DEVICE FOR FOIL-WOUND TRANSFORMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a foil-wound transformer by a method wherein a pressure detector with which the pressure of both dielectric medium and a refrigerant will be detected is arranged, and a pressure detector is connected to the control device with which the difference between the pressure of said two materials is controlled within a fixed range. CONSTITUTION:A tank 11 is provided with the gas-pressure detecting device 20 with which the pressure of insulating gas 13, which is a dielectric medium, is detected. On the other hand, a refrigerantpressure detecting device 21 with which the pressure of a refrigerant 7 will be detected is provided on the liquid collecting tube 10 which constitutes a cooling system. Also, said devices 20 and 21 are connected to a differential pressure detector 22 which detects the difference of pressure of both devices, and the operating mechanism part 25 with which the diaphragm part 24 built-in in conservator 23 which in used for refrigerant will be expanded or contracted is connected to the detector 22. The signal of the detector 22 is compared with the control reference value, and the mechanism part 25 constantly maintains the pressure of gas 13 and a refrigerant 7 by expanding or contracting the diaphragm 24. As a result, the working of the pressure of gas 13 as the external pressure on the cooling pipe arrangement system provided in a tank 11 can be prevented, and the reliability of the foil-wound transformer can be improved.
