PURPOSE:To increase the degree of contact of a waste liquid solid with a furnace bed material to promote a thermal reaction by solidifying a waste liquid and supplying the same from a furnace bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A granular waste liquid solid 7 is introduced into a fluidized bed 5 from a furnace bottom 3 by a screw feeder 8 with a water-cooled jacket 21. Since the screw feeder 8 is of water-cooled system, the waste liquid solid 7 is not heated and is prevented from depositing, thus being smoothly supplied. The solid 7 comes into close contact with the furnace bed material 11 of the fluidized bed 5, a combustion-chemical reaction is promoted at approximately 900 deg.C-950 deg.C, and a recoverable product is produced. Moreover, heat generating energy is recovered by a heat transfer pipe 6 within the furnace bed material 11, and water flowing through the heat transfer pipe 6 is heated and evaporated, and is utilized as steam. |
