PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing efficiency by a method wherein a magnetic core held by a leadframe composed of frame provided with lead lines while being turned is wound by a coil to be resin-molded. CONSTITUTION:Lead lines 10, 10' are provided on a frame 11a to compose a leadframe 11 while making conical holes 13 at both ends of a drum type magnetic core 12. Next, the ends of leads 10, 10' of frame 11 are engaged with the conical holes 13 of core 12 to hold the core 12 rotatably. Then, the flange part of core 12 is held between a transmitting roller 15 and a stay roller 16 driven by a motor 14 and after tacking up the starting point 17' of coil on the other flange part using resin bonding agent, etc., the motor 14 is driven to wind the coil around the core 12 and then welding the ending point 17'' of coil on the lead 10' further bonding the leads 10, 10' onto the core 12 using the bonding agent 18. Furthermore, a part of leads 10, 10' and the core 12 are resinmolded 19. Finally, the frame 11 is cut off along A-A and B-B lines.
