PURPOSE:To obtain an extra-concrete banking treating device which can utilize an existing excavator by a method in which a jet nozzle is provided for the lower part of a hollow rod and a detachable connector with the excavating rod of a rotary excavator is provided for the upper end of the hollow rod. CONSTITUTION:The connector 5 of a treating device is connected to the excavating rod 4 of an excavator, e.g., earth drill, and a jet nozzle 3 on the lower end of the treating device is inserted into the extra-concrete banking of a cast- in-place pile. The nozzle 3 is turned normally or reversely through the rod 4, and treating water is jetted from the nozzle 3 through a supply tube 2, a swivel joint 10, and a hollow rod 1. The extra-concrete banking can thus be embrittled by using the existing excavator.
